| Our two founders have a total of over 50 years experience developing and renovating properties. In 2002 they formed this Limited Company to facilitate the growth of the business into a multi-million pound enterprise. During 2009 the company plans to purchase-renovate-resell thirty houses and build, from the ground up, ten new 4-bed detached houses.
